4. Hope Scholarship and the Education Marketplace with Andrew Bambrick

What is the Hope Scholarship? How can the funding be used? Will the Hope Scholarship be able to move forward? In today’s episode, we talk with Andrew Bambrick, Education Outreach Coordinator at the Cardinal Institute about all the details of the Hope Scholarship Program.

There are some misconceptions about the program, and Andrew is eager to clear up the confusion and help people better understand how it works. The Hope Scholarship is a portion of state-allocated educational dollars that would be allotted to eligible students for use on state-approved educational programs. The funds would be transferred into the students account to be used with the pre-approved providers.

Andrew is passionate about raising awareness and helping advance the Hope Scholarship in West Virginia, and is very knowledgeable about the program and how it operates. Join us today as we dig in and learn more about this program!
